Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 20 July 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

Soyoship is a product of Kartmuch (Delhi, New Delhi, India 110085). By creating an account or otherwise using Soyoship's Shipping or WMS Fulfillment products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. What Soyoship provides

Soyoship offers two connected products: a multi-courier Shipping platform (order booking, rate cards, tracking, NDR and remittance management) and a multi-tenant WMS Fulfillment platform (inventory, purchase orders, picking/packing, and returns). Each is usable standalone; together they share data over a real API rather than a shared database.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account, including sub-users you invite.

4. Payments and billing

Shipping charges are billed against a prepaid wallet, topped up either manually (offline reference, reviewed by an admin) or instantly online via Razorpay. WMS Fulfillment is billed per invoice for services rendered in a billing period, payable online via Razorpay or settled manually. Razorpay processes all online payments directly — Soyoship never stores your card, UPI, or bank credentials. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how billing disputes are handled.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Soyoship to ship prohibited or illegal goods, to circumvent courier partner policies, or to attempt to access data or accounts you're not authorized to access.

6. Service availability

We aim for reliable uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Courier booking, tracking, and delivery timelines depend on our courier partners and are outside our direct control. Features may be added, changed, or retired as the product evolves; we'll aim to give notice for changes that affect how you're billed.

7. Limitation of liability

Soyoship is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Kartmuch isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including delays or losses caused by third-party courier partners.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in New Delhi having jurisdiction.
