Privacy Policy

This policy covers data collected by Soyoship, a product of Kartmuch (Delhi, New Delhi, India 110085), across the Shipping and WMS Fulfillment products.

Account & business info: your name, email, phone, and company details you provide when registering.

Operational data: orders, shipments, inventory, warehouses, and related records you or your integrations create while using the products.

Payment metadata: transaction references, amounts, and status for payments you make. We never receive or store your card number, UPI ID, or bank details — those go directly to Razorpay, our payment processor.

To operate the platform: booking and tracking shipments, managing inventory, generating invoices, and crediting wallet top-ups. To communicate with you: login codes, password resets, and service notifications. We don't sell your data to third parties.

Razorpayprocesses payments and receives what's needed to do so. Courier partners (e.g. NimbusPost, Shiprocket) receive shipment and address details needed to book and deliver an order. Hostingersends transactional email (OTP codes, password resets) on our behalf. We don't share your data beyond what these operational partners need to do their job.

We keep account and operational data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period after closure to meet accounting and legal obligations.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@soyoship.com. Some data (e.g. transaction records) may need to be retained for legal/accounting reasons even after a deletion request.

Passwords are hashed, not stored in plain text; sessions and login codes are encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
